Since 2017, Inspired Solutions MS, Inc. (ISMS) has been providing services and resources to children and families throughout MS. We believe in "Boots On Ground." So we offer the kinds of programs and assistance in our communities that make the people stronger. We do not try to do everything. We build relationships and partner with others that can do what we can't do. 

COVID-19 did not slow us down. As a matter of fact, we stepped up. Our None Suffers Lack strategy is about each of us giving a little, in order for all of us to help many. We not only believe in God. We believe in the power of Faith, Hope, and Love in the human spirit. 

The Servant-Leader

Inspired Solutions MS (ISMS) was founded by Pastor J in 2017 as a “people from the pews – boots on the ground” community service and support organization. One of Pastor J’s teachings is that a church’s success is not measured by its seating capacity but its sending capacity.  His mother, Jo Marie, not only taught it but also lived it before him his entire childhood. The intent of ISMS is a place that uses the messages and ministries given to the church to help and inspire families and children all over Mississippi, by providing resources, training, and other opportunities needed to be successful. ISMS executes practical and impactful strategies that improve the lives of Mississippians. As a leader in combat, both as a Marine and a Soldier, Pastor J knows that boards, committees, think tanks, and organizations must gather the data, assess the situation, and identify the threats. So, he and his ISMS team are committed to partnership and collaboration at every level. But make no mistake, ISMS is about that life of executing plans and strategies; not just continuing to talk about the problems that plague the State of Mississippi. 

JERROLD GREENWOOD has been the pastor of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Carrollton Mississippi, since October 2022. He is also the pastor of a church he and 7 others started, One Church Christian Fellowship, West Point Mississippi, since October 2017. Jerrold, who is affectionately called “Pastor J” has served and ministered to the residents of the great State of Mississippi since being assigned as an Army Recruiter in 1997.
