Since 2017, we have been providing services and resources to children and families throughout MS. We provide training and job placement assistance to make people stronger. We do not try to do everything. We build relationships and partner with others that do what we can't. 

Legacy of Community Service and Support

We are a community service and support organization driven by the principle of "people from the pews – boots on the ground." One of Pastor J’s core teachings is that a church’s success is measured not by its seating capacity, but by its sending capacity. This belief was embodied by his mother, Jo Marie, who dedicated her life to living out this mission.

To inspire families and children throughout Mississippi by offering teaching, training, coaching, and job placement opportunities. Rather than reinventing the wheel, we employ practical and impactful strategies that have a proven track record of success.

Through his combat experience as both a Marine and a Soldier, Pastor J understands the importance of gathering data, assessing situations, and identifying threats. He and his team are deeply committed to fostering partnerships and collaboration at every level, believing that unity and collective effort are the keys to overcoming challenges and achieving success.
